Meet Toni Gambill, "The Local"
Personally buying and selling her own properties ignited Toni's interest in real estate, and created a drive within her to help others find their dream homes. Meeting new people and helping buyers and sellers transition into their next phase of life is her passion and and one of her greatest joys. Dedication to her clients and love of helping others are what motivates her the most. She has a strong customer service background, and makes her client's needs her top priority. Toni has an entrepreneurial spirit, and prior to her husband's retirement, the couple owned a custom furniture manufacturing company, which was recognized as Oklahoma's Small Business Success Story of the Year in 2007 by Lt. Governor Jari Askins.
Toni has an affinity for unique architecture, especially the mid-century modern designs of Frank Lloyd Wright, and Earl Young's whimsical "Mushroom Houses." Raised in Texas, Toni spent much of her adult life in Oklahoma, before embarking on a thrilling adventure in mid 2021, when she and her husband Roger picked up stakes and relocated to Florida's spectacular Gulf Coast. In her free time, Toni is usually busy with community theatre, preparing special gourmet meals for family and friends, and traveling to new and exciting places.
“Toni's job is to find and attract mastery-based agents to the office, protect the culture, and make sure everyone is happy! ”
